1. Press 1 for Test Setup.
2. P r e s s 3 for Patient Test to continue to the
Patient Test Patient ID screen.
3. P r e s s 1-Next to continue to the Patient
Test Patient ID Truncation screen.
4. P r e s s 1-Next to continue to the Patient
Test Comment Code If In-Range screen.
5. P r e s s 1-Next to continue to the Patient
Test Comment Code If Out-of-Range
screen.
6. P r e s s 1-Next to continue to the Patient
Test Patient ID Prompt screen.
7. P r e s s 1-Next to continue to the Patient
