Internet Explorer
A plugin called ActiveX is used for displaying videos in Internet Explorer. This plugin must be
installed in the browser. You will be asked to confirm the installation directly after entering your
user name and password.
If the ActiveX Plugin installation is blocked by Internet Explorer, you will need
to reduce your security settings to install/initialise ActiveX.
Mozilla Firefox/Google Chrome/Microsoft Edge
A compatible format is used for displaying videos in these browsers. For resource reasons, it is
only possible to display the second video stream (max. 640x360 pixels). In addition, local
playback of video data from the internal microSD card/NAS is not possible.
Image parameters, detectors and private zones can be configured.
It is not possible to update the camera’s firmware in these browsers.
