The year, time and date are not

The test drum in the meter is
empty. A dot also appears in the
test strip count window on the
back of the meter. – Insert a new
test drum. If the message is still
displayed, call the ACCU-CHEK
Customer Care Service Center at
1-800-858-8072.
• The bar code information
stored in the meter is lost. –
Slide and release
to turn
off the meter. Open and close
the drum door. The next time
you slide and release
to
turn the meter on and perform
a test, the drum symbol is
displayed and the bottle
symbol ashes. The 90-day
use-by period is no longer
calculated for this test drum.
• The bar code on the test drum
is damaged. You can no longer
perform tests with test strips
from this drum. – Insert a new
drum.
