Turn off the meter and repeat the test.
If the error persists, please contact the
ACCU-CHEK Customer Care service center
at 1-800-440-3638.
The code key is missing or is defective.
Replace the code key.
The temperature of the meter is outside the
permitted range. Move the meter to a room
where the temperature is between 50-104ºF
and wait until it has come to room
temperature and the error message has
disappeared.
