Alternatively , you can click Browse , select or enter a dif f erent location, click OK ,
and then click Next .
Note: It is strongly recommended t hat you install DiskSafe Express on
the partition t hat you boo t from (that is, where Windows is installed, typically C:).
If you install it on a non-system partition o f your system disk, you will no t be
able
to recover tha t partition using the DiskSafe Express application window .
In addition, if you plan to remotely boot from a backup on the storage system ,
you must protect the entire disk rather than just the system partition .
If you install DiskSafe Express on a dif f erent disk than your system disk, you
will
not be able to remotely boot at all.
10 . To complete the installation and restart your computer , click Finish .
If you do not wan t to restar t your computer at this time, select No, I will restart
my
computer l ater and t hen click Fi nish . When the confirmation message
displays
, click OK . You do no t have to restart the computer immedia t ely after
installation
, but you do have to restart it before running DiskSafe Express.
Note: If you do no t restart your computer and you subsequently reinstall
DiskSafe Express, serious problems can occur with your installation . It is
strongly recommended that you restart your compu t er at your earliest
convenience.
