Thermal Cap Removal (UMA) 0
Prerequisite:
Battery Pack Removal
1. Find the thermal cap (B) on the mainboard. Refer to Figure 3-18.
2. Disconnect the eDP cable from the mainboard connector (A) (Figure 3-22).

3. Disconnect the DC-in cable from the mainboard connector (B) (Figure 3-22).
4. Remove eDP and DC-in cable from the cable guide (C) (Figure 3-22).
5. Loosen two (2) captive screws (D) (Figure 3-23).
