8.1 FILTER
• The value as set by the factory will be displayed (for ex. “F L t 0”).
• Press the [x10 /Inc] key to scroll through the other options (0 to 9
see Note below).
• Select the desired setting by pressing [Kg/lb /Set] and move to the
next parameter for setting the communication parameters.
Note: FLt 0 = Standard filter.
1 = Increased filter.
2 to 9 = High filter with hold for animal weighing.
Select the desired settings by pressing [Kg/lb /Set] and move to the next
parameter.
8.2 COMMUNICATION PARAMETERS
These set of parameters allow you to set the values for functions that
control communicating with a PC or a printer via the RS-232 interface.
8.2.1 COMMUNICATION ADDRESS
• The value as set previously will be displayed (for ex. “A d S 00”).
• If you wish to change it, press [Acc /]. The first digit will start
flashing.
• Use the [Acc /] key to advance to the next digit and the [x10 /Inc]
key to increment the value of the digit.
Note: AdS 00 = Continuous output mode.
01-98 = External command mode from PC
99 = Manual print mode with [Acc /]
Once the value is entered, press [Kg/lb /Set] to move to the next
parameter for setting the baud rate.
Store the desired settings by pressing [Kg/lb /Set] and move to the next
parameter
