7. ANTENNA MOUNTING FRAME DESIGN GUIDELINES
7.1 INTRODUCTION
The following guidelines are given to assist in the manufacture of the antenna mounting
structure on the vehicle to which the Newswift or Newswift HD antenna is fitted. The specific
design of this structure is the responsibility of the coachbuilder / system integrator.
The Newswift antenna needs a stiff stable structure to be able to meet its stated operational
wind speeds.
7.2 LOAD SUMMARY
