b) Setting the Ring Melody of an Internal Call

4.10 Setting of Flash Time (R)
You can program a LONG or SHORT line interruption on the R-key. Some
services will not operate with a short delay, such as call waiting management
for instance. But for some professional applications or extensions, setting to
SHORT may be necessary. If used on a PABX, the right flash time must be set
according to the PABX’s user manual.
