8.12 Deleting Messages
a) Deleting a Message During Playback
1. Press the program key (4) twice to access answering machine opera-
tion mode.
2. Shortly press numerical key 2 .
3. Select the message you want to delete by pressing numerical key 1 or
3 .
4. Shortly press the mute/delete key (10).
5. DELETE ? is displayed.
6. Press the program key (4) to confirm.
7. The phone says NACHRICHT GELÖSCHT (MESSAGE DELETED) and continues
playback of the other recorded messages.
b) Deleting All Messages
1. Press the program key (4) twice to access answering machine opera-
tion mode.
2. Shortly press the mute/delete key (10).
3. Press the program key (4) to confirm.
4. The phone says ALLE NACHRICHTEN GELÖSCHT (ALL MESSAGES ARE DELET-
ED).
5. The cassette icon no longer flashes and lights up continuously now.
NOTE: You can only delete all messages if you have played back all mes-
sages once (old messages).
8.13 Memory Full
NOTE: There is no visual memory full indication.
a) At Home
1. Press the program key (4) twice to access answering machine opera-
tion mode.
2. Press numerical key 2 .
3. The phone says SPEICHER VOLL (MEMORY FULL) and plays back the mes-
sages.
4. Delete the messages.
5. You again have free memory.
6. Your answering machine can record the next messages.
