Deleting the Current Message
1. During
message playback, enter code 0.
2. The answering machine will delete the present message and continue
message playback.
Deleting All Messages Played Back
• After having played back all messages, enter code 0.
Recording a Memo
1. Enter code 4.
2. You will hear a beep indicating the beginning of recording.
3. Speak with a loud and clear voice.
4. Enter code 6 to end recording.
Playing Back the Outgoing Message (1 or 2)
• Enter code 5.
Modifying the Outgoing Message (1 or 2)
1. Enter code 1 to modify outgoing message 1;
or
Enter code 3 to modify outgoing message 2.
2. You will hear a beep indicating the beginning of recording.
3. Speak with a loud and clear voice.
4. Slowly enter code 6 to end recording.
5. The phone will repeat the outgoing message (1 or 2).
NOTE: If the outgoing message lasts longer than 2 minutes, the answering
machine will automatically stop recording.
Switching On/Off the Answering Machine
1. Enter code to switch on the answering machine.
2. Enter code # to switch off the answering machine.
