5 Agilent E5025 Cryogen Monitor
Overview
The E5025 is a small, single case, low- cost instrument that
can be used to measure liquid nitrogen and liquid helium
levels, primarily for 400- 700 MHz Agilent NMR magnet
systems.
The following figure shows a cross section of a typical
vertical bore magnet system. The liquid helium and nitrogen
cryogen levels are displayed in terms of the percentage of
refill volume remaining:
• F (100%) = reservoir is full
• 0% = refill is required now

This instrument mounts on the nitrogen level probe on top
of the magnet, shown in the following figure. Power is
provided by a universal PSU. An interconnect cable carries
