The Optional GTA Viewing/Fume Extraction Accessory
If you are using the GTA viewing/fume extraction accessory, you
should install it now. Refer to Section 5 for installation instructions.
Installing the Programmable Sample Dispenser (PSD)
To install the PSD, follow the instructions in your PSD User’s Guide.
Graphite Tubes and Platforms
After setting up your GTA (and PSD), you can insert a graphite tube
and start your analytical run according to your instrument operation
manual. This section describes the types of tubes and platforms
available and how to install and remove them.
WARNING
Hot Surface
Parts of the furnace become very hot during use. To prevent burns, ALWAYS
allow the furnace to cool before touching.
