Description of the TwisTorr 74 FS
The TwisTorr 74 FS pump is available in various models that differ in
the high vacuum flange.
The TwisTorr 74 FS pump models are:
 Model X3502-64170 with ISO 63 high vacuum flange;
 Model X3502-64171 with KF40 high vacuum flange;
 Model X3502-64172 with ConFlat 4.5” external diameter high
vacuum flange;
 Model X3502-64173 with ConFlat 2.75” external diameter high
vacuum flange;
