rights, responsibilities and safety instructions; otherwise it may cause property damage,
safety accidents and personal safety hazards.
4. You promise to use this product only for legitimate purposes and within the scope
permitted by law, and agree to the “user guide” and any relevant policies and guidelines
that AGR has formulated or may formulate in the future. You understand and accept that
this product will automatically upload and save relevant flight records and data to AGR
Server during use. If the flight records and data cannot be uploaded and saved due to your
reasons, and the analysis of the flight records and data cannot be completed, AGR will not
bear any responsibility.
5. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AGR is not responsible for any losses caused
by your failure to operate the product in accordance with the “user guide”, nor for any
indirect, consequential and punitive consequences liability, incidental special or punitive
damages,including liability for losses arising out of your purchase,use or inability to use this
product (Even if advised of the possibility of such damages).
6. You understand that during the use of any product, accidents may occur due to single
or comprehensive factors such as improper operation, surrounding environment, network
communication, etc. You understand that the aforementioned accidents are reasonable
and acceptable situations during the use of the product ,AGR does not assume any
responsibility for such accidents.
7. In any case, you should abide by the relevant laws and regulations of the country-level
region where the product is used, and AGR does not assume any responsibility for
violations of relevant laws and regulations by buyers or users.
