3.9 Receiving a second call
When you receive a second call during a conversation, the name or number of the incoming call is
displayed.

• Answer the call. The first call is put on hold.
3.10 Switching between two calls (Broker call)
You are in communication with the first caller and the second is on hold. You can switch between the
two calls. Use one of the following regarding the installation.
• Press the off hook key.

3.11 Transferring a call
3.11.1 To transfer your call to another number
You want to transfer the call to another contact. You are in conversation with one contact.
• Call the recipient of the transfer using the dial a number or dial by name feature or
the call log or local directory.
• Open the contextual menu.
• You can transfer the call immediately or wait for your contact to answer before
transferring the call: Transfer
3.11.2 To transfer a call to another contact on hold
• Hang up.
The two callers are connected.
