8.1 Basic
NOTES: Don't cut off the electricity or network cable when doing upgrades with the methods
described below!
8.1.1 HTTP Upgrade
You can upgrade the software, kernel and configuration files etc. by HTTP.
When using HTTP upgrade, you can set several parameters as follows:

Select a File
Browse the software/kernel/configuration file which you need to upgrade
from HTTP
Software
Upgrade
Used for upgrading the software of the phone
Kernel Upgrade
Used for upgrading the kernel of the phone
Configuration
You can use upload/download to upload/download the configuration file
of the phone
XML Phone Book
Used for uploading/downloading the XML phone book of the phone
Vcard
Downloading all contacts in the Vcard mode, but upload only supports
one-by-one transfer.
EXT Module
8001/8001G DeskPhone doesn't support this feature
Log
Used by the administrator for troubleshooting.
All Config File
All Config File includes: Configuration, Extern, Log, XML Phone Book,
Enterprise Phone Book.
