FAQ/Troubleshooting
PROBLEM POSSIBLE CAUSE REMEDY
Engine fails to start Battery pack is not installed
well.
Check to see if the battery pack is locked in
place.
Battery pack is depleted. Charge the battery pack.
Safety key is not in place. Insert the safety key in correct position.
Blades hitting the grass to
be cut.
Increase the cutting height of the mower so
that the blades will not contact with the grass
while working.
The mower stops while
mowing (other than
releasing the start bar)
Battery pack is depleted. Charge the battery pack.
The blade, mower deck, or
side discharge chute clogged
with debris.
Clean if necessary.
NOTE: Always ensure the motor is turned o,
the battery pack is removed, the blade has
come to a standstill, and the engine is cooled.
Grass is heavy or wet. Increase the cutting height. Wait until the
grass is dry before mowing.
Cutting performance

the cutting height adjustment lever.
Cutting blades are dull or

Replace the blades with new / sharp blades.
