Adjust the micro switch and inductive proximity switch
units after installation.
Study the instructions carefully.
The items refer to the drawings and the parts list on the
pages 42-43.
6. Adjustment of indication equipment, 25-101.6 mm/DN25-100,
optional extra
Micro switch unit:
(Adjustment of contact point between spring (57)
and switch unit (53)).
1. Loosen switch unit (53) slightly (screw (58)).
2. Rotate adjustment screw (60) until a signal is
obtained.
3. Tighten the switch unit.
4. Check that the signal is correct.
5. Readjust if necessary.
Pre-use check:
1. Supply compressed air to the actuator.
2. Open and close the valve several times to
ensure that it operates smoothly.
Pay special attention to the warnings!
