Important Safety Instructions

Please read the safety instructions and the instruction manual carefully before using the signalling unit.
Power supply and disconnection
Please use FMA03 only with the power supply unit delivered and with 100-240 V~/50 Hz.
Make sure that all cables are installed before connecting the unit to the electric circuit.
Disconnect power plug when not in use to avoid any risks. It is not sufficient just to pull the
plug on the back side.
Cleaning
Unplug the unit and use a dry cloth for cleaning.
Place of location/airing
- Do not expose to direct sunlight
- Place the unit on a level and solid surface
- Don’t place the unit in a surrounding with high humidity. Condensation water may cause dysfunction
or damage.
- Do not keep close to heating. This could also cause dysfunction or damage.
- Avoid contact with water and humidity.
- Take care for good airing. The air supply through the ventilation slots at the bottom should not be
interrupted.
- The ventilation slots for heat transmission should never be closed.
- Do not keep at temperatures higher than 40 °C.
Repair
Repairs must be performed only by an authorized technician. The manufacturer shall accept no liability for
damage in case repairs are carried out by unauthorized personnel.
Thunderstorm
Please pull power plug in case of thunderstorm.
