How to troubleshoot no power and a dark display on my Alto-Shaam 500-TH/III Oven?

If your Alto-Shaam Oven display isn't lighting up, start by verifying that the outlet or junction box has power. Then, check if the circuit breaker switch on the back of the unit is turned on. Also, ensure the power cord isn't faulty by checking its continuity with a VOM meter. If these steps don't solve the issue, further troubleshooting involving the unit's internal components is needed, such as testing for power at the load side of the circuit breaker and replacing it if necessary, or testing the load side and replacing the filter if needed.
