ESTENSIONE
DELLA PROLUNGA
MANUALE
Nel caso in cui lo sfilo manuale sia già
inserito nel braccio gru e si debba solo
posizionarlo in condizione di lavoro,
operare come segue:
1) posizionare la gru col braccio
telescopico rivolto verso il basso in
modo che l’operatore possa
raggiungere facilmente la prolunga (A).
2) togliere il fermo di sicurezza e il
perno di blocco (B).
3) fare scorrere lo sfilo manuale fino a
che i fori sugli sfili non sono allineati.
4) inserire il perno di bloccaggio con
relativo fermo di sicurezza (C).
RIMOZIONE
DELLA PROLUNGA
Per smontare lo sfilo manuale è
necessario estrarre il perno di
bloccaggio e disinserire il meccanismo
che impedisce l’uscita completa dello
sfilo (vedi §B.5.9).
Quando si utilizzano
prolunghe manuali l’operatore deve
evitare i rischi residui legati alla loro
installazione, bloccaggio e rimozione
(vedi §A.1.3, §A.1.5).
COMING
OUT OF MANUAL
EXTENSIONS
If the manual extension is already
inserted in the boom and you only have
to position it to work, operate as follows:
1) position the crane with the telescopic
boom directed towards the ground: the
operator must reach easily the
extension (A).
2) remove the safety lock and the lock
pin (B).
3) let the extension run until the holes
on the extensions are lined up.
4) insert the lock pin with the relative
safety lock (C).
REMOVING
A MANUAL EXTENSION
To disassemble the manual extension it
is necessary to extract the lock pin and
to disconnect the device that prevents
the complete coming out of the manual
extension (see §B.5.9).
When manual extension are
used, the operator must avoid the
residual risks due to the their
installation, lock and removal
(see §A.1.3, §A.1.5).
AUSFAHREN
DER MANUELLEN
VERLÄNGERUNG
Wenn die manuelle Verlängerung
bereits in den Ausleger eingefügt ist
und man diese nur in
Arbeitsbedingungen anordnen muss,
wie folgt vorgehen:
1) den Kran mit dem Teleskopausleger
hinunter positionieren, damit der
Bediener die Verlängerung leicht
erreichen kann (A).
2) die Sicherheitssperre und den
Sperrbolzen entfernen (B).
3) die Verlängerung so lange gleiten
lassen, bis die Öffnungen auf den
Ausschüben ausgerichtet sind.
4) den Sperrbolzen und die Sicher-
heitssperre einfügen (C).
DEMONTAGE
DER VERLÄNGERUNG
Für die Demontage der Verlängerung
muss der Sperrbolzen entfernt werden
und der Mechanismus ausgeschaltet
werden, der ihren vollständigen Austritt
verhindert (siehe §B.5.9).
Wenn man. Verlängerungen
benutzt werden, muss der Bediener
jede Risiko vermeiden, die von ihrer
Installation, Blockierung und
Demontage abhängen (siehe §A.1.3,
§A.1.5).
