B.5.6 LIMITATORE DI
CARICO DELLE PROLUNGHE
MANUALI
Il limitatore delle prolunghe manuali ha
la funzione di proteggere la struttura
meccanica della prolunga, della gru e/o
la stabilità della macchina, intervenendo
quando il carico supera il valore
massimo di taratura.
1: Display numero prolunga
2: Display carico, kg (ERR = guasto o
batteria scarica)
3: Pulsante selezione/esclusione
4: LED allarme
5: LED alimentazione
6: LED batteria trasmettitore (lampeggia
se è scarica)
7: Cella di carico
8: Alloggiamento radio/batterie
9: Presa per carica batteria
FUNZIONAMENTO DEL LIMITATORE
Una volta alimentato (LED 5 verde
acceso), il LIS visualizza sul display (2)
il carico agganciato alla cella di carico: il
corretto funzionamento è segnalato da
un punto lampeggiante sul display (1).
In questo caso è possibile tramite il
tasto 3
, attivare il controllo di una
prolunga
manuale (1/2/3/4) oppure
l'esclusione/visualizzazione del carico
(simbolo "-", il limitatore è disattivato, il
carico viene visaulizzato sul display)
.
Se viene selezionato il controllo di una
prolunga manuale, al raggiungimento
della soglia di taratura relativa, il
limitatore disabilita tutti i comandi di
movimentazione (LED 4 rosso
lampeggiante).
Per poter rimovimentare la gru e
abbassare il carico è necessario
escludere il limitatore con il tasto 3 ed
eseguire le movimentazioni consigliate.
La responsabilità dell’esclu-
sione del limitatore e l’effettuazione
di movimentazioni diverse da quelle
consigliate ricade sull’operatore.
B.5.6 MANUAL EXTENSION
LOAD LIMITING DEVICE
The purpose of this device is to protect
the manual extensions structure, the
crane structure and/or safeguard the
machine stability. It is activated when
the load at the hook exceeds the
maximum rated load.
1: Manual extension number display
2: Weight display, kg (ERR = trouble or
discharged battery)
3: Selecting/excluding button
4: Alarm LED
5: Power supply LED
6: Battery LED (lit when battery is flat)
7: Load sensor
8: Radio/battery box
9: Connection to battery charger
WAY OF WORKING OF THE LIMITER
Once the power is on (LED 5 bright
green), the LIS shows the value of the
hooked load on display (2): the correct
operation of the system is confirmed by
a flashing point on display (1).
In this case it is possible to enable the
control of a manual extension by the 3
button choosing one of the numbers
1/2/3/4; it is also possible to discontinue
operation of LIS (symbol "-", limiter does
not work, the load is displayed).
If the operator selects the control of a
man. extension, when the hook tries to
lift a load that is greater than the setting
value, the LIS disables all movement
controls (flashing of red LED 4).
In order to move the crane and to lower
the load, it’s necessary to disable the
limiter by the 3 button, and to execute
the recommended movements.
The responsibility of the
exclusion of this limiter and the
execution of unadvised movements
falls on the operator.
B.5.6 ÜBERLAST-
ABSCHALTER FÜR MAN.
VERLÄNGERUNGEN
Dieser Überlastabschalter hat den
Zweck, die mechanische Struktur der
Verlängerung und des ganzen Kranes,
und/oder die Kranfestigkeit zu schützen.
Er wird eingeschaltet, wenn die Last die
max. Hubkraft übersteigt.
1: Display Nummer von Verlängerung
2: Display Last, kg (ERR = Storung oder
erschöpfte Batterie)
3: Taste: Wähl- und Ausschalter
4: Alarm-LED
5: Versorgung-LED
6: LED der Batterie des Sendegerätes
(es blinkt wenn sie erschöpft ist)
7: Lastzelle
8: Einlegen Sender/Batterien
9: Anschlussdose des Ladegerätes
ARBEITSWEISE DES BEGRENZERS
Das LIS (wenn versorgt) zeigt auf
Display (2) die an der Lastzelle
eingehakte Last an: die korrekt
Arbeitsweise wird von einem auf
Display (1) blinkenden Punkt angezeigt.
Auf diesem Fall ist es möglich, die
Kontrolle einer Verlängerung (1/2/3/4)
durch die Wählschalter (3), oder
Ausschalten/Anzeige der Last zu
betätigen (Symbol "-", der Begrenzer ist
ausgeschaltet, die Last ist auf Display
angezeigt).
Wenn man die Kontrolle einer
Verlängerung auswählt und die Last
höher als das Eichungswert ist, schaltet
der Begrenzer alle Kransteuerungen
aus (roter LED 4 ist blinkend)
Um den Kran wiederzusteuern und die
Last abzusenken, muss der Kranführer
den Überlastabschalter durch den
Wähler 3 ausschalten und die
empfohlene Bewegungen durchführen.
Die Ausschaltung des
Begrenzers und die Ausführung
unbedachter Bewegungen, erfolgt
auf Verantwortung des Bedieners.
