Taylor Hobson has developed an extensive range of pick-ups to suit
the varied measurement needs of our customers. In addition to the
pick-ups shown below our applications department regularly design
and manufacture pick-ups for specific requirements.
Standard pick-up
For general surface roughness measurement.
• Code PK-02 (5 µm tip radius)
• Code PK-03 (10 µm tip radius)
Small bore pick-up - Code PK-01
• For general use in small bores, grooves and on narrow surfaces. Ø
3.00 mm bore minimum.
Narrow gauge stylus - Code PK-07
• For measuring in ‘O’ rings and narrow grooves up to a depth of 5.5
mm (0.22 in).
