Diagnostics Button
Diagnostics are used to help determine the overall health of the sensor as
well as for basic troubleshooting in the unlikely event that there is a prob-
lem with the analyzer. The display screens give visibility to how the ana-
lyzer is running and where glitches might occur. Diagnostics also provide
the ability to test customer I/O such as analog outputs and relay outputs
providing information that is useful when troubleshooting the interface to
the distributed control system (DCS).
TABS FUNCTIONS
SENSOR Provides setpoints for normal operation.
OXYGEN CELL Provides information on the oxygen cell.
COMB DETECTOR
Information on status of combustibles
detector.
METH DETECTOR
Information on status of methane detec-
tor.
I/O Testing and Status of I/O
INJECT GAS Tests the ow if gas to the analyzer.
