WELD SCREEN
From the Weld Screen the operator has access to all power supply, welding and weld
head functions at a touch of the weld screen:
START: Starts the Weld sequence. (Pre purge, arc start, weld sequence, post purge,
rotor returns home, finish weld).
STOP: Terminates weld sequence. (Arc off/rotation stops, post purge, rotor returns
home, finish).
TEST: Starts Test Run sequence. (No purge, no arc, weld schedule sequence, rotor
returns home, finish).
HOME: Manual rotor Return Home command.
PURGE: Manual ON/OFF override of Arc Gas solenoid. (Command to open and close
gas solenoid for setting initial flow rate or continuous arc gas purge flow).
JOG FWD: Allows manual forward rotation of the rotor. Stops when released.
JOG REV: Allows manual reverse rotation of the rotor. Stops when released.
PRINT SCHEDULE: Provides printout of entire weld schedule parameters.
CALIBRATE: If weld heads differ when changing weld schedules, provides automatic
weld head calibration to power supply. Follow on screen prompts to perform calibration.
