Programming – Code Input Method
Allows for programming using codes from attached code list.
1. Turn on the device you want to control.
2. Find the corresponding brand code from attached code list, and write down.
3. Press and hold the mode key (e.g. TV) you wish to program for about 3 seconds until the
mode light remains on, release the mode key.
4. Input the 4-digit code from code book;
a. If valid - Mode key light will go out directly;
b. If invalid - Mode key will blink 3 times quickly and go out, please try inputting the
code again.
5. Check if most keys of remote can control device, if not, please try another code under the
same brand & repeat all steps. You may also try “Auto code search method” or “One button
search method” below.
Note: During the programming mode, not pressing any button for 20 seconds will cause
remote to exit programming mode.
Programming - Auto Code Search Method
Allows for programming without codes by scanning through all codes in database.
1. Turn on the device you want to control.
2. Press and hold the mode key (e.g. TV) you wish to program for about 3 seconds until the
mode light remains on, release the mode key.
3. Press [CH+] or [CH-] key and release, it will search forward or backward.
4. When the device powers off (or video starts playing), press [POWER] key to save and exit
(During searching, you can press key [CH+] or [CH-] to change searching direction, and if
press any other key, it will exit from searching mode).
Programming - One Button Search Method
Allows for programming by only pressing a single key. Only works for TV and Cable/STB codes.
1. Power on the device you want to control.
2. Press & release the mode key you wish to program (e.g. TV).
3. Find your corresponding brand number from below list, press and hold corresponding number
key until unit powers off. Once unit powers off, release the key.
Note: while holding the number key, after 3 seconds the mode light goes out, it will enter
searching mode for that brand; mode light will now be flashing about once every second.
