Maintenance
Before performing any maintenance operations on your machine, ensure that you are following
the security precautions laid out in the safe maintenance and repair section: stop the engine (of
the tractor or the unit), release hydraulic pressure, install the safety stands, etc.
Safety Stands
Safety stands are provided so that you can safely perform maintenance and make repairs
underneath the trailer platform.
To install the stands and work in complete safety, you must perform the following steps:
1- Raise the platform as high as it will go.
2- Place the safety stands on the cylinder rod as illustrated in Figure 6.1
3- Put the pins in the stand holes to ensure that the safety stands stay in place.
4- Slowly lower the platform and let its weight rest on the safety stands.

Tire Pressure
Before each use check tire pressure. The pressure must be at 32 psi.
Wheel nuts tightening
Before each use or every year check up wheel nuts torque. Each nut must have about 200
lbs/ft torque.
Grease Gun Lubrication
Your TRB trailer must be lubricated with a grease gun in the places indicated by the sticker
Figure 6.2.
