5.16) Remove the rear drivers scuff plate to expose the
wiring loom
5.17) Locate the vehicle’s High Mount Stop Lamp Wire
(RED-SILVER RINGS). Cut the wire at least 30mm
away from any connector and fold back. Tape over
both ends of the exposed wiring.
Note:- On some models, the wire may be on the opposite
side of the vehicle. Rear LHS scuff plate is to be
removed and above step completed.
5.18) Continue routing the convoluted tube with the
dual core wire down to the front of the vehicle
avoiding any sharp hot or moving objects.
Cable tie off every 300mm.
At the battery fit the Scotch Lock Blade Fuse
Holder to positive (RED) wire and fit to the positive
battery terminal.
Fit the negative (BLACK) wire to the negative
battery terminal.
Fit the Blade Fuse and TEST ALL LIGHTS.
SECTION 6: BED LINER FITTING WITH CANOPY TUB MOUNTING BRACKET SYSTEM
If no bed liner is to be fitted, proceed to fit the canopy as per Section 2.
If an OEM bed liner is already fitted to the vehicle, remove the bed liner and retain hardware and re-fit as instructed
Refer to steps 6.17 to 6.29
The canopy will suit fitment to ARB bed liner P/N: KUL1359. Refer to steps 6.1 to 6.9
For an ARB sport guard P/N: 10051584 Refer to steps 6.10 to 6.16.
Tailgate liners in all cases should be trimmed as per step 6.30 onwards.
ARB BED LINER (P/N: KUL1359) FRONT BRACKETS ONLY TO BE FITTED PRIOR TO LINER
6.1) You will need to trim the bed liner to provide
clearance to canopy corner mounting brackets in
the vehicle tub.
The following steps are based on fitment to the
ARB under rail Bed Liner. This is based on
fitting a new bed liner.
