6.2) Mark out the FRONT LH side of the bed liner on
the side that is against the front of vehicle’s tub as
shown. Cut the bed liner using a jig saw and sand
the cut edge.
6.3) Drill out existing holes in the front corners of the
bed liner to 20mm diameter
Repeat this on the opposite corner in
mirror image.
6.4) Shown opposite is the LH rear corner of the bed
liner. Drill out the existing holes to 20mm
diameter.
Spacers from the canopy hardware kit to suit
M8 bolts (6250027) and spacers for M6 Bolts
(6250026) are to be used in these holes to space
out the rear mounting brackets from the liner.
Repeat this on the opposite side.
Fit the bed liner and then install canopy tub
mounting brackets from step 2.2 to 2.7
6.5) Remove the 2 torx bolts previously fitted to the
front tub mounting brackets.
6.6) Fit the fit the bed liner under the canopy front
mounting bracket tags at the front the vehicle’s
tub by lifting the rear of the bed liner up and
hooking it under the bracket tags at the front.
6.7) Refit the 2 torx bolts including any tie down hooks
and 8.5mm ID spacers (6250027) to the front tub
corner canopy mounting brackets and tighten to
22Nm.
6.8) Fit the front head board rail bracket (668PD046)
as per steps 2.8-2.11
6.9) Fit the liner as per its fitting instructions prior to
fitment of the rear mounting brackets as per step
2.12 to 2.15 complete section 3,4,5 and section
6.30 onwards.
