OEM HOLDEN UNDER RAIL BED LINER (P/N: 94778436)
6.17) You will need to trim the bed liner to correctly fit the
canopy, to provide clearance to canopy corner
mounting brackets in the vehicle tub.
Note: Complete all sections up to 2.1 first, Fit
Front canopy mounting brackets top 2 bolts
only as the lower 2 bolts must pass through the
bed liner using spacer washers to support tie
the standard down brackets.
The following steps are based on fitment to the
Colorado OEM Under Rail Bed liner.
6.18) Mark out the front LH side of the bed liner on the
side that is against the vehicle tub as shown. Cut
the bed liner using a jig saw and sand the cut edge.
Shown after cutting.
Repeat this on the opposite corner in mirror image.
6.19) Mark FRONT tie down holes on both Left and
Right hand sides of the liner.
6.20) These require spacers to be fitted later. Drill 5mm
pilot holes
6.21) Mark REAR Lower tie down holes on both Left
and Right hand sides of the liner. These are
marked on part by dimples moulded in.
6.22) These require spacers to be fitted later. Drill 5mm
pilot holes
