CHAP 3 - ACCESSIBLE FUNCTIONS DURING THE MEASUREMENT
SETTING OF UNIT AND SYMBOL LABELS
• PRINCIPLE :
Each measured & programmed parameter on the screen is specified by a symbol and an unit.
(example : symbol UTR and unit kV).
The analyser is delivered with an default set-up : a pre-printed board of the symbols and units.
The user can modify this configuration simply by sticking on the board, the labels corresponding to its.
• FRONT PANEL DISMANTLING :
The symbols and units board is slid under the front panel.
To dismantle the front panel, proceed like below :
- Unclips the black frame around the front panel.
- Remove the front panel from the housing (It’s linked by a flexible connection to the analyser).
- Slide down the removable board.
- Stick on the board the new symbols and units.
- Put back the board under the front panel.
- Connect back the flexible connection at the analyser.
- Position correctly the front panel and clips back the black frame.
