In the case of two monitored lanes each direction (approaching and leaving) can have its own
dedicated ROI for license plate recognition. This way the system can avoid attaching the speed of a
leaving vehicle to the license plate of a simultaneously approaching vehicle. You can set up ROIs by
clicking Configure ROI.
Start by clicking either direction then select the grid elements which cover the ROI for that direction.
Repeat for the other direction. Grid color (blue for approaching and green for leaving) helps you
visualize the result. Change the resolution of the grid below the live image.
By increasing the sensitivity above SENS=11 the 11° beam angle will increase.

Angle correction value: a multiplier compensating for the angle between the direction of the
vehicle and the direction of the measurement.
