INTRODUCTION
This manual provides detailed procedures to install your new ARISTEL DV-38
Digital Key Telephone System. Please read this entire section before
proceeding with the actual installation.
The National Electrical Code (NEC) requires the local telephone company
(Telecom) to provide the primary protection devices for the telephone lines
terminating at the customer’s site. Make sure that a primary protection
device has indeed been installed by the Telecom. If no such device is
present, notify the Telecom before installing your Aristel system.
