3.4 Checking operability
The efficiency of DIS-IP2 should be tested in two stages.
3.4.1 Checking acoustic path
The acoustic path is checked by trial communication sessions with several subscribers,
the work with which is programmed, while the volume of the built-in speakers, the clarity and
intelligibility of speech are subjectively controlled both when transmitting a voice message and
when listening.
If necessary, the volume levels of the speakers are adjusted using the programmed but-
tons with the local function "Increase volume", "Decrease volume" or using the IPN Config
Tool system configurator.
3.4.2 Checking button operation
To test the buttons, you must press the buttons one by one, requesting the subscribers
assigned to them, or check other functions assigned to the buttons.
If necessary, it is allowed to change the configuration of the product, which is made from
the administrator's PC.
