USE OF DIS EXPANSION UNIT
DIS ARMT.665230.207 expansion unit is designed to increase the number of pro-
grammed functional keys of DIS-IP2. It connects with DIS-IP2 by flexible ribbon cable. Ad-
ditionally, the expansion unit can be connected with the call station mechanically, by metal
plate (bracket) from the DIS expansion unit scope of supply to improve the structure
strength as a whole. The maximum number of pushbuttons for one DIS expansion unit is
48 ps.
If ordered optionally, up to four expansion units may be delivered, with the total number
of pushbuttons together with those located on DIS-IP2 increasing up to 224 ps.
IDC16 connector is output to the left and right sides of the unit enclosure, to
connect the ribbon cable for connection with DIS-IP2 or other DIS expansion unit. The
sizes of expansion unit enclosure are the same as for DIS-IP2, not accounting the mi-
crophone and Wi-Fi antenna overalls.
ATTENTION! ON THE BOARD OF DIS EXPANSION UNIT, CONNECTED TO DIS-IP2,
THE SWITCHES ON SW2 IN ACCORDANCE WITH FIGURE 2 ARMT.665230.207РЭ
MUST BE IN THE POSITION INDICATED IN TABLE c.1.
