4 Operating instructions
4.1 Functions
4.1.1 Finger without access authorisation -
If you draw a finger without access authorisation over the reader, the external door handle/knob remains
deactivated. You cannot open the door.


If you draw an unknown finger over the sensor:
You will hear a long audible signal.
 lights up.
The cut-off time starts now (Chap. 4.1.2)
4.1.2 Cut-off time
After an invalid attempt the fitting remains blocked.
The cut-off time initially lasts for 2 secs.
After the 3rd invalid attempt the cut-off time increases continuously up to a max. of 4 minutes.

beep 5x lights up
During the cut-off time the fitting is blocked for any use.
At each usage attempt:
You will hear several audible signals.
 lights up.

beep flashes 2x lights up
After expiry of the cut-off time the fitting is switched to release.
You will hear 2 audible signals.
 lights up briefly.
