Riser card bracket 1 supports PCIe Gen3 slots 1-3 top to bottom. Slot 2 can be auto-switch to
x16 mode when x16 card is populated whereas slot 1 will be disabled.

x16 mode when x16 card is populated whereas slot 5 will be disabled.
