You
can
replace
certain
digital
voice
prompts
with
your
own
custom
voice
prompts.
Before
proceeding,
you
should
be
familiar
with
the
operation
of
the
sys-
tem.
This
function
is
accessed
by
pressing
[8]
in
response
to
the
Main
Greeting
menu.
The
chart below identifies
each
of
the
prompts
by
number.

your

Your
prompt
must
convey
essentially
the
same
message
as
the
factory
prompt.
For
example,
your
custom
mes-
sage

order

the
prompt
to
function.
The
only
other
re-
striction
is
a
maximum
of
4
seconds
re-
cording
time
for
prompt
1.

buttons

through
7
and
prompts
you
to
“Select
Mes-
sage".
Select
any
of
the
prompts
based
on
the
chart,
for
example,
prompt
1.
You

offered

play
the
message,

To
delete
message,
press
[3].
To
re-
cord
a
new
message,
press
[7].
To
re-
peat
the
menu,
press
[0].
To
exit
menu,
press
[#].”

record
