You
can
replace
certain
digital
voice
prompts
with
your
own
custom
voice
prompts.
Before
proceeding,
you
should
be
familiar
with
the
operation
of
the
sys-
tem.
This
function
is
accessed
by
pressing
[8]
in
response
to
the
Main
Greeting
menu.
The
chart below identifies
each
of
the
prompts
by
number.

prompt
must
convey
essentially
the
same
message
as
the
factory
prompt.
For

custom

order

function.
The
only
other
re-
striction
is
a
maximum
of

seconds
re-
cording
time
for
prompt

and

you
to
“Select
Mes-
sage".
Select
any
of
the
prompts
based
on
the
chart,
for
example,
prompt

delete

To
re-
cord
a
new
message,
press
[7].
To
re-
peat
the
menu,
press
[0].
To
exit
menu,
