You
can
replace
certain
digital
voice
prompts
with
your
own
custom
voice
prompts.
Before
proceeding,
you
should
be
familiar
with
the
operation
of
the
sys-
tem.
This
function
is
accessed
by
pressing
[8]
in
response
to
the
Main
Greeting
menu.
The
chart below identifies
each
of
the
prompts
by
number.

convey
essentially
the

message
as
the
factory
prompt.

custom

function.
The
only
other
re-
striction
is
a
maximum
of
4
seconds
re-
cording
time
for
prompt

and

you

“Select
Mes-
sage".
Select
any
of
the
prompts
based
on
the
chart,
for
example,

new

the
