ing
function
just
described.
1.
To
activate the
Mailbox
Greeting/An-
nounce
function,
first
press
SELECT
MAILBOX
and
then
press
the button
marked
GREETING/ANNOUNCE.
You
will
hear:
“Greeting
for
mailbox
2.
To
play
greeting,
press
1.
To
record
greet-
ing
press
7.
To
repeat
the
menu,
press
0.
To
exit
from
menu,
press
#.
”
2.
Press
the
button
below
[7]
and
you
will
hear:
“After
the
tone,
record
your
greet-
ing
and
then
press
#.”
3.
After
the
tone,
record
your
Mailbox
Greeting
or
Announcement,
for
exam-
ple:

Greeting
“Hello,
this
is
Amy.
|
can’t
get
to
the
phone,
but
leave
your
name
and number
after
the
tone
and
I'll
get
back
to
you.
After
you
leave
a
message,
you
can
press
0
for
more
options.”
Announcement
“To
reach
our
show
rooms,
take
the
U.S.
Highway
south
for
10
miles...
For
more
options,
press
0
to return to
the main
menu.”
You
may
choose
to
tell
callers
that
they
can
return
to
the
Main
Greeting
for
more
options
by
pressing
O
after
they
are
fin-
ished
recording
a
message
or
lis-
tening
to
an
announcement.
4.
Press
the
button below
[#].
After
you
press
[#],
you
are
offered
the
complete
menu
again,
giving
you
the
opportunity
to
play
the
greeting/announcement,
re-record
it,
or
exit
by
pressing
[#].
