To
Leave
a
Timed
Memo
The
timed
memo
function
lets
you
re-
mind
yourself
of
pending
activities.
You
can
record
up
to
3
timed
memos,
speci-
fying
the time
and
date
to
place
each
memo
in
a
mailbox.
At
the
programmed
time
and
date,
the
1792
will
sound
a
beep
tone
over
the
speaker
and leave
the
memo
in
your
mailbox.
(If
Remote
Notify
is
activated,
the
1792
can
call
you
to
alert
you
to
the timed
memo.)
To
listen
to
the
memo,
simply
select
your
mailbox
and
press
the
MESSAGES
button.
1.
Press
SELECT
MAILBOX
and
then
press
the button
marked
TIMED
MEMO.
The
following
example
assumes
that
you
are
currently
in
Mailbox
1.
You
will
hear:
“Timed
memo
for
mailbox
1.
To
record
a
timed
memo,
press
[7].
To
repeat
the
menu,
press
[0];
to
exit,
press
#.”
2.
Press
[7].
After
the
tone,
record
your
message
and
then
press
#.
The
1792
says:
‘Enter
time
and
date
to
forward
message
to
mailbox
1.”
3.
Simply
follow
the
voice
and
display
prompts.
Call
Forward
The
Call
Forward
function
will
automat-
ically
transfer
calls
in real
time
to
any
pre-programmed
telephone
number
that
you
choose.
The
number
can
have
up
to
22
digits.
To
activate
the
Call
Forward
function:
1.
Press
SELECT
MAILBOX
and
then
press
the
button
marked
CALL FORWARD.
The
1792
will
prompt:
“Enter
new
call
forward
for
mail-
box
X
(selected
mailbox
num-
ber).
To
enter
new
call
forward
number,
press
3.
To
repeat
the
menu,
press
0.
To
exit
from
menu,
press
#.”
2.
Press
the
button
below
[3].
Follow
the
voice
prompts
to
enter
a
Call
For-
ward
number.
