Telephone operation
Options while on call
To access the last number redial while on a call:
Press REDIAL/PAUSE on the handset to display the last number dialed. Press
the DIAL soft key to dial the displayed number or press the BACK soft key to
cancel the chain dialing.
-OR-
1. Press the OPTION soft key on the handset or telephone base.
2. Press qCID or pDIR on the handset or on the telephone base to select
Redial last #, then press the SELECT soft key on the handset or telephone
base.
3. Press the DIAL soft key to dial the displayed number; or press the BACK
soft key twice on the handset or CANCEL twice on the telephone base to
cancel the chain dialing.
NOTES:
You cannot edit a directory entry while on a call. For more details about the directory, see
page 39.
You cannot copy a call log entry into the directory while on a call. For more details about call
log, see page 51.
If you press REDIAL/PAUSE on the handset while on a call, you can only view the most recent
call and cannot erase the entry. For more details about the redial memory, see Last number
redial on pages 24-26.
