Create directory entries
5. Press the NEXT soft key to move to the name. The screen displays
Already saved if the number is already in the directory. You cannot save
the same number twice.
6. The screen shows ENTER NAME. See the Character
chart on page 39. Use the dialing keys to enter the
name.
Press CANCEL to backspace and erase a character.
Press qCID to move the cursor to the left or pDIR to the right.
7. Press the SAVE soft key on the telephone base to save. There is a
confirmation tone and the screen shows the saved entry.
