can also copy
files
when the
file
is
shown as
text,
not as
an
icon.
Use the View
heading
on the
Menu Bar to
change
the
file
display to
text.
The Copy
Box
will
be
displayed
whenever you
copy a
file.
Click
on the OK button to
complete the
copying
process.
Note:
If you
don’t want a
Copy
Box to
be
displayed,
select
’’No”
under the
Confirm Copies
choice in
the Set
Preferences
option.
