Diesel engine exhaust and some of its
constituents are known to the State of
California to cause cancer, birth defects and
other reproductive harm.
COMPRESSOR NOISE EMISSION CONTROL INFORMATION
This compressor conforms to U.S. E.P.A. regulations for noise emissions applicable to portable air compressors.
The following acts or the causing thereof by any person are prohibited by the Noise Control Act of 1972:
1. The removal or rendering inoperative, other than for the
purpose of maintenance, repair, or replacement, of any noise
control device or element of design (listed in the owner’s
manual) incorporated into this compressor in compliance
with the Noise Control Act.
2. The use of this compressor after such device or element of
design has been removed or rendered inoperative.
Among those acts included in the prohibition against tampering are the acts listed below:
1. Removal or rendering inoperative any of the following: 2. Removal of any of the following:
a. Engine exhaust muffler. a. Sound absorptive material, including sealing strips on
doors, panels and other canopy parts.
b. Cooling air exhaust and intake silencers. b. Fan shroud.
c. Acoustic baffles.
d. Housing components, canopy or bottom panel.
3. Operation of the compressor with any of the enclosure doors
open.
e. Engine or components mounts.
f. Inlet air throttling system.

Use only authorized parts.
Any damage or malfunction caused by the use of unauthorized parts is not covered by Warranty
or Product Liability.
The manufacturer does not accept any liability for any damage arising for modifications, addi-
tions or conversions made without the manufacturer's approval in writing.
