A bar graph that beg ins on t he left and fills in
towa rd the right indicates t he engine's cu r-
rent load (meaning the current boost pres -
sure) .
Engine oil t emperature indicator
If the engine oil t emperat ure is be low 140 °F
(60 °C), the
't:::7-symbo l followed by th ree hy-
phens" - - -'' and the °C unit is shown .
The engine has reached its opera ti ng temper-
ature when the e ngine oil t emperat ure is be-
tween
176 ° F (80 °() and 248 °F (120 °() un-
der normal driving conditions. The engine oil
temperature may be higher if there is heavy
engine load and high temperatures outside.
This is not a cause for concern as long as the
• ¢ page 14 or 1\1 ¢ page 17 warning light
in the display does not flash .

The eff iciency program can help you to use
less fuel. It evaluates driving information in
reference to fuel consumption and shows oth-
er equipment influenc ing consumption as well
as shift recommendations . Fuel economy

sumption of all other equipment .
