Why doesn't my Automatic Technology HiRO GDO-12 Garage Door Opener work from the transmitter?

  If your Automatic Technology Garage Door Opener doesn't work from the transmitter, several factors could be at play. First, ensure the correct button on the transmitter is being pressed. If the door code LED is flashing, this is especially relevant. If the opener doesn't have power, plug in a device of similar voltage to check the power point. If the battery in the transmitter is flat, replace it. Also, confirm that the opener hasn't been accidentally put into 'Vacation Mode'; if so, turn it off. Finally, the transmitter button may not be programmed to operate the door, so refer to the coding transmitter procedure.
