• Another Screen Link Client connect to your endpoint when the first client is not
presenting.
• You disable the Screen Link feature from the configuration.
• The endpoint is rebooted.
In this release you can also configure how the endpoint can unpair a connected screen link
client.

[GUI] CONFIGURE >ADVANCED>UTILITIES>REMOTE ACCESS>SCREEN LINK/ MOBILE LINK
[WEB] ADMINISTRATOR SETTINGS>UTILITIES>REMOTE ACCESS> SCREEN LINK/ MOBILE LINK
• Screen Link Unpair Mode:
o Manual*: Unpair the Screen Link manually, see next section
o Automatic: Unpair the Screen Link client at the end of the meeting, but only if
the pairing was started during the meeting
o When the meeting ends: Unpair Screen Link clients at the end of the meeting,
even if the pairing was started before the meeting (local presentation mode)

To unpair a Screen Link client manually.
When not in a call, select “More” in home page, then select Unpair Screen Link.
