ENABLE_REMOVE_PSTN_ACCESS_PREFIX Allows phone to perform digit
manipulation during failure
scenarios. This parameter allows
removal of PSTN access prefix
from the outgoing number.
Value operation:
• 0: PSTN access prefix is retained
in the outgoing number.
• 1: PSTN access prefix is removed
from the outgoing number.
