Country
Internet Service Provider
Information on the operating system, network (LAN or wireless
LAN), any error messages displayed
Instructions: Support by email
1. Start a web browser on your computer, tablet or smartphone.
2. Enter the following address: https://en.avm.de/service.
3. Select from the “Service” area the FRITZ!Box model for which
you need support.
4. Enter a keyword in the search field of the Knowledge Base or
select an FAQ (frequently asked question).
5. If you need more help, click “Support request”.
6. Fill out the form and click “Submit support request”.
Our Support team will respond by email within one working day.
